The story

Feudal Japan under Amaterasu's wrath

Amaterasu and her disciple, Empress Himiko, rule feudal Japan with an army of yokai. Every hope rests on two siblings trained for years to face the goddess: Kensei the samurai and Ayame the kunoichi.

Together they must reach the imperial capital and steal the three sacred treasures, the source of the empress's power.
